Trees are leafing out with delicate hues of green. Yellow mustard flowers are  splashed over the grassy hills. White dogwood blossoms dot the woods, but it is  still early. Until the wild azaleas bloom, it really isn&#8217;t Spring in the hills  of southwestern Virginia.
